Most engagements start with a thirty-minute first call. Send a short brief, the company's rough size, the cadence that is breaking, and what you would want different by the end of the quarter, and we will come back with a suggested time and an honest read on whether we are the right team.

What happens after you send this. The brief lands in a single inbox monitored by the partner who would lead the engagement. A first reply usually goes out the same day; the longest we have ever taken is one business day.
